WSJ2015: Unit 35 Suffolk

We interviewed Megan, Matt and Joe from the Suffolk Unit 35 to the World Scout Jamboree whilst they were in a paddling pool! They spoke to us about their adventures and the story behind their “unit name”

Their Jamboree experience has been very exciting meeting new people, as well as the preparation prior to the event.

“we have been preparing for two years.. now we get to spend three weeks in the sun” “loads of songs that people sing and everyone chants together and the ceremony’s are really good, its really uniting”

They had a great time with the culture time and eating lots of different cultures food, and the ceremony’s were a big highlight for the entire unit.

One of the best highlights for Matt was sitting around in the paddling pool, quite apt as we were interviewing them there.
