The weekend of the 11th and 12th of July 2015 saw 4,000 Explorer scouts descend on Gilwell Park for 24 hours of action packed fun.

The event officially started at 9am on the Saturday until 9am on the Sunday, with the challenge to see how many of the Explorers can stay up the entire time and how many of the activities can they do in that time. Over 100 activities from the Bag Drop, Carnival Rides to a 50 meter downhill waterside.

Explorers traveled from around the country and even from Europe to take park, joined at the weekend by the UK Youth Commissioner team, Hannah Kentish said “I am really excited to be here this year  and I think its just awesome the amount of activities you can do on one campsite for 24 hours” and Jay Thompson “its an amazing event and I’ve been based at the #YouShaped tent today and that’s a tent were we have trying to collect as many young peoples ideas and thoughts about youth shaped scouting in the UK and its been really really proactive”
