Matt paid his respects to the great and impressive work Wayne has made since his appointment in May 2009 and also the work achieved in his previous roles:

Wayne, in the last seven years, has been central to the growth and change of the movement.

Moreover, Matt later talked about his views on the newly announced successor, previous deputy UK Commissioner Tim Kidd:

What we have in Tim is someone who is a thoughtful, intelligent and collaborative leader.

Wayne will outsee his role until the handover date in September of this year, still in that time are an assortment of national and international opportunities so still no time to rest!
We would like to thank Wayne for all of his countless hours of help and work over his period as chief commissioner and wish him well for his future endeavours.
